Description
Pasta Sgambaro, the first pasta produced with 100% Italian 'KM 0' wheat, has obtained EPD certification.
The EPD (Environment Product Declaration) certification, analysing the entire supply chain process from the wheat field to delivery to the customer, has shown that our company has the lowest CO2 emissions.
A result achieved with the use of hydroelectric power, an adjacent mill and pasta factory, and wheat cultivated within a radius of 160 km from the company.
Our products are characterised by the careful selection of raw materials, the high protein content of the pasta, the controlled supply chain, and low-temperature drying.
